Proposal Types
How to build a custom proposal
Assemble your own structure from modular sections.
Building one
If none of the standard types fit, build a custom proposal from modular sections.
- Choose Custom as the proposal type when creating a new proposal.
- Add sections one at a time from the section library.
- The library gives you default, commercial and technical sections, and lets you add your own custom section at the beginning.
- Reorder sections by drag-and-drop to match your narrative.
- Mix and match — a technical section plus a simplified one-page pricing summary, for instance, without the full commercial package.
Why it matters
Not every deal fits a standard mould. Custom proposals give you control over structure while still using Quiip's formatting, personalised branding and status tracking underneath.
