Proposal Types

How to build a custom proposal

Assemble your own structure from modular sections.

Building one

If none of the standard types fit, build a custom proposal from modular sections.

  1. Choose Custom as the proposal type when creating a new proposal.
  2. Add sections one at a time from the section library.
  3. The library gives you default, commercial and technical sections, and lets you add your own custom section at the beginning.
  4. Reorder sections by drag-and-drop to match your narrative.
  5. Mix and match — a technical section plus a simplified one-page pricing summary, for instance, without the full commercial package.
Why it matters

Not every deal fits a standard mould. Custom proposals give you control over structure while still using Quiip's formatting, personalised branding and status tracking underneath.
