Proposal Types

What is a full-scope proposal?

Commercial and technical, combined into one comprehensive document.

What it covers

A full-scope proposal combines the commercial and technical proposals into a single document. It includes everything from both, plus:

  • Executive summary
  • Company and credentials overview
  • Combined technical approach
  • Commercial pricing
  • Terms and conditions, plus risks and assumptions
  • A section you add for the customer
  • Sign-off
Use it when

You're pitching cold, responding to a formal RFP, or the client wants one document that covers everything end to end — no back-and-forth between “the technical doc” and “the pricing doc”.
