Reminders and follow-ups
Keep deals moving without having to remember to chase.
Automatic reminders
Auto-reminders are switched on by default whenever you create a proposal. If you'd rather not use them, toggle them off.
- Once the proposal is shared with a client, Quiip sends a reminder daily until they sign.
- Quiip sends a maximum of three automatic reminders per proposal.
Manual follow-up
- Open the proposal from your dashboard.
- Click Send Reminder from the Share button.
- Click Resend to send the reminder again.
Why it matters
Most stalled deals aren't a “no” — they're a missed follow-up. This turns that into a system-managed habit instead of something you have to remember.
