Team & Collaboration
Roles and permissions
What each role can do, and how to invite teammates.
The three roles
Quiip supports role-based access so teams can collaborate without stepping on each other's work.
- Owner/Admin — Full control — brand settings, integrations, user management and every proposal.
- Manager — Can create, edit and send proposals, but can't change account-wide settings like brand, billing or integrations.
- Member — Can create and edit proposals via reviews, create clients, and chat with clients. Can't delete proposals or clients, and can't send proposals to a client.
Inviting a teammate
- Go to Members → Invite teammates.
- Add their email address.
- Select their role, then send the invite.
