Getting Started

Set up your brand kit

Make every proposal look consistently like you.

Before your first send

  1. Go to Settings → Brand Kit.
  2. Upload your logo. One that reads well on a white background works best.
  3. Set your brand colour — it applies to headers, buttons and status pills across proposals.
  4. Choose fonts for headings and body text.
  5. Add your company details under Company Profile: legal name, address, industry, an about line and the services you provide. Some of these auto-populate into proposal footers and terms.
  6. Save.

How branding is applied

New proposals inherit this branding automatically. Existing drafts can have branding re-applied from the proposal editor.

Why it matters

Clients should recognise a proposal as coming from you before they even read a word — consistent branding builds trust and looks professional at scale.
